The college provides gaming opportunities like table tennis, badminton, volleyball, cricket, football and basketball, etc. Several events such as technical quiz, GD, paper presentation, software contests, extempore and mock interviews are conducted. The college has a Holistic Centre which provides yoga classes for students and staff, taken by specialists in yoga, working to spread awareness among individuals for better management of life. To organise sports events on campus and outside, TACT has constituted a sports committee.
About the Sports Committee
The committee has seven faculty members including one sports officer. The Sports and Games committee organises intra-college as well as inter-college events, evenly spaced throughout the year. The main objective of the Sports committee is to develop an all-round personality in students and inculcate values like teamwork, coordination and leadership while exploring talents. For intra-college events we have football, cricket, volleyball, basketball, badminton, table tennis, carom and chess; inter-college events include cricket, football, basketball, volleyball and table tennis. All events are conducted so that boys and girls get an equal opportunity to participate.
The objective of the Sports committee is to promote, organise and conduct sports activities, foster team spirit and sportsmanship among players, inculcate and enhance a sense of discipline and true sportsmanship, and undertake intercollegiate sports tournaments from time to time.

In addition to the above events, our college organised the annual athletic meet at Kalinga Stadium on 30.01.23, where a large number of students participated in various running, throwing and jumping events.
Achievements
- Our cricket team won the championship in the inter-college cricket tournament organised by Red Bull, held at Kalinga Stadium.
- Our cricket team became Runners Up in the inter-college cricket tournament of Utkal University in the Nimapada zone.
